يجمع سنام بيانات الحساب الأساسية مثل الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، دور المستخدم، وبيانات الجهاز المرتبط بالحساب.

قد نجمع بيانات المخيّمين والتسجيل مثل الاسم، العمر، معلومات ولي الأمر، المستندات المطلوبة، حالة الدفع، وإثباتات المهام التي يختار المستخدم إرسالها.

أثناء انعقاد البرنامج يجمع التطبيق الموقع الجغرافي لأجهزة الطلاب المسجلين والتسجيلات الصوتية والمرئية التي ينشئها المستخدم داخل التطبيق كما هو موضح في الأقسام التالية.

يجمع التطبيق أيضاً بيانات تشخيصية وتشغيلية مرتبطة بالحساب مثل تقارير الأعطال، الأداء، نوع الجهاز، وإصدار التطبيق لمساعدتنا على إصلاح الأخطاء وتحسين الاعتمادية.

نجمع تفاعلات استخدام أساسية مرتبطة بمعرّف الحساب والجهاز لفهم أداء الخصائص وتحسين التطبيق. لا نستخدمها للإعلانات أو لتتبع المستخدم عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.

Sanam collects basic account data such as name, phone number, email address, user role, and the device linked to the account.

We may collect camper and enrollment data such as name, age, guardian details, required documents, payment status, and task proof a user chooses to submit.

While the program is running, the app collects the location of enrolled student devices and the audio and video recordings users create inside the app, as described in the sections below.

The app also collects account-linked diagnostics and operational data such as crash reports, performance data, device type, and app version so we can fix errors and improve reliability.

We collect basic product interactions linked to the account and device identifiers to understand feature performance and improve the app. We do not use them for advertising or cross-app or cross-site tracking.

أثناء انعقاد البرنامج يشارك تطبيق سنام موقع جهاز المخيّم المؤهل مع مشرفي المعسكر المصرّح لهم بشكل مستمر حتى عند إغلاق التطبيق وذلك لسلامة المجموعة أثناء الإقامة والرحلات.

يوافق ولي الأمر على هذه الخاصية ضمن اتفاقية التسجيل قبل بداية البرنامج ولا يظهر الموقع إلا للمشرفين المصرّح لهم.

تتوقف مشاركة الموقع عند انتهاء البرنامج أو تسجيل الخروج من الجهاز وتُحذف بيانات الموقع بعد انتهاء الحاجة التشغيلية لها.

قد تشارك أجهزة المشرفين الميدانيين المؤهلين موقعها أثناء البرنامج حتى تظهر المجموعة التشغيلية في شاشة السلامة. لا يُتتبّع المالك أو ضيوف اللعبة.

While the program is running, the Sanam app shares an eligible camper device's location with authorized camp supervisors continuously, including when the app is closed, to support group safety during the stay and trips.

A guardian consents to this feature in the enrollment agreement before the program starts, and the location is visible only to authorized supervisors.

Location sharing stops when the program ends or the device signs out, and location data is deleted once it is no longer operationally needed.

Eligible on-the-ground staff devices may also share location during the active program so the operational group appears in the safety view. The owner and game guests are not tracked.

يعرض تطبيق سنام لمستخدمي المخيّمين طلب iOS الأصلي للوصول إلى جهات الاتصال مرة واحدة. إذا وافق المستخدم، يحفظ التطبيق نسخة من جهات الاتصال التي سمح بها فقط لاستعادتها عند الحاجة.

قد تشمل النسخة الأسماء، جهات العمل، أرقام الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، العناوين البريدية، الروابط، تواريخ الميلاد والمناسبات، حسابات المراسلة، والملفات الاجتماعية الموجودة في جهة الاتصال.

يرى الموظفون المصرّح لهم عادةً بيانات النسخة وأسماء جهات الاتصال فقط دون الأرقام أو التفاصيل. لا تُفتح التفاصيل الكاملة إلا لموظف يحمل صلاحيتي الطلاب والعمليات، لسبب سلامة مكتوب، ولمدة 15 دقيقة، مع تسجيل هوية الموظف والسبب.

لا نستخدم جهات الاتصال للتسويق أو المطابقة أو التواصل الجماعي أو التحليلات. تبقى النسخة محفوظة للاستعادة حتى يطلب صاحب الحساب حذفها أو تُحذف بيانات الحساب المرتبطة بها.

The Sanam app presents campers with Apple's native Contacts access sheet once. If the user allows access, the app backs up only the full or limited contact set the user authorized, solely for recovery.

A backup may include names, organizations, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, URLs, birthdays and other dates, messaging addresses, and social profiles stored in a contact.

Authorized staff ordinarily see backup metadata and contact names only, without numbers or details. Full details require a staff member with both student and operations permissions, a written safety reason, and an actor-bound 15-minute access grant; the staff identity and reason are audited.

We do not use backed-up contacts for marketing, matching, bulk outreach, or analytics. The backup remains available for recovery until the account holder requests deletion or the associated account data is deleted.

يستخدم التطبيق الميكروفون والكاميرا عندما يختار المستخدم تسجيل مقطع المهمة الإنجليزية أو إرفاق إثبات مهمة أو تسجيل ملاحظة صوتية للمشرفين أو استخدام المساعد الصوتي وتُعالج هذه التسجيلات لتقديم الخاصية نفسها فقط.

The app uses the microphone and camera when the user chooses to record an English mission video, attach task proof, record a voice note for staff, or use the voice assistant, and these recordings are processed only to provide that feature.

تُعرض ملاحظات المخيّمين لفريق الإشراف دون الاسم بشكل افتراضي، لكنها ليست مجهولة تقنياً: يحتفظ النظام بمعرّف الحساب لحماية السلامة ومنع الإساءة.

لا يستطيع كشف هوية المرسل إلا مدير مخوّل عند وجود سبب جدي يتعلق بالسلامة، ويُسجّل كل كشف في سجل التدقيق.

Camper feedback is shown to the supervision team without the sender name by default, but it is not technically anonymous: the system retains the account identifier for safety and abuse prevention.

Only an authorized manager may reveal the sender for a serious safety reason, and every reveal is recorded in the audit log.

لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نستخدمها للتتبع الإعلاني. تتم مشاركة البيانات فقط عند الحاجة لتشغيل البرنامج أو الامتثال للأنظمة أو تلبية طلب دعم من صاحب الحساب.

قد نستعين بمزودي خدمة موثوقين لمعالجة الاستضافة، الإشعارات، التخزين، وتحليلات الأعطال والأداء. يعالج هؤلاء المزودون البيانات نيابة عنا فقط لتشغيل الخدمة.

We use data to manage enrollments, verify documents, send updates, show schedules, tasks, and trips, process task proof, operate safety tools, and provide support.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising tracking. Data is shared only when needed to operate the program, comply with law, or support an account holder request.

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, notifications, storage, and crash/performance diagnostics. These providers process data on our behalf only to operate the service.

نحتفظ بالبيانات لمدة لازمة لتقديم الخدمة، حفظ السجلات التشغيلية، والرد على الاستفسارات.

تُحتفظ بيانات التشخيص والأداء لمدة محدودة تكفي للتحقيق في الأعطال ومراقبة الاعتمادية، ثم تُحذف أو تُجمّع وفق سياسات مزودي الخدمة.

يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات المرتبطة به من صفحة حذف الحساب أو عبر قناة الدعم الرسمية.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain operational records, and respond to requests.

Diagnostics and performance data are retained only as long as needed to investigate crashes and monitor reliability, then deleted or aggregated according to service-provider policies.

You can request deletion of an account and related data from the account deletion page or through the official support channel.
